Sirà wine is crafted from carefully selected Syrah grapes sourced from various vineyard plots, including Son Morei, Son Claret, and Son Parera. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a 12-month aging process in oak barrels, allowing it to develop subtle oak notes and smooth tannins.
