Son Claret wine is crafted from grapes sourced from our Son Claret estate, primarily Merlot and Callet varieties. These grapes are carefully cultivated to ensure optimal quality and flavor. Following the harvest, the wine undergoes a 12-month aging process in oak barrels. This barrel aging imparts subtle oak flavors and adds complexity to the wine’s character. Son Claret wine offers a balanced and harmonious taste, reflecting the unique terroir of the estate.

Butxet Winery is a family-owned business situated between Muro and Can Picafort, close to the S’Albufera nature reserve. Their wines are distinctive because there are not many vineyards in the area. They specialize in producing red wines using Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah grapes. The winery’s location, only 500 meters from S’Albufera and near sea level, results in wines that are smooth and easy to enjoy.
